We use your information to provide call tracking, routing, and analytics services. We may also use your email for billing and service updates.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your account and call data. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Twilio for call routing, Stripe for payments, and Intuit (QuickBooks Online) for optional accounting sync. Their services are governed by their respective privacy policies.
5. QuickBooks Integration
If you choose to connect your QuickBooks Online account, CallHub360 accesses your QuickBooks data only with your explicit consent through Intuit's OAuth authorization process. We access your QuickBooks data solely to sync customer records and invoices that you create within CallHub360. We do not sell, rent, or share your QuickBooks data with any third party.
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely and used exclusively to push your CallHub360 data to your QuickBooks account. You may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from the QuickBooks page within CallHub360. Upon disconnection, your access tokens are immediately invalidated. If you delete your CallHub360 account, all stored QuickBooks credentials are removed permanently.
We do not retain QuickBooks data outside of what is necessary to complete sync operations and maintain sync history. We do not use your QuickBooks data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose other than the sync functionality you have authorized.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your account at any time. Contact support to exercise these rights.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy. Continued use of our service indicates acceptance of any changes.
